We are exploring renting a van and leaving from central Maine on the 17th.
Pickup in Augusta or Portland, and possibly some other places that are along the way. For folks in Boston there are cheap buses to Portland!
With at least 10 people in a 15 person van it would be $80/person and we are hoping at least part of this expense will be covered by donations. We are estimating about $50-$60 for gas with that number and less if we will the van to capacity. We already have 7 confirmed!
We already have access to a 7 person minivan but may have up to 15 people traveling + gear! At least one vehicle will be returning to Maine in late December, if there are 2 vehicles the second return date will be determined based on the group's needs. IF you know someone who may be able to loan a vehicle for 7-15 people please email me.
